At The Green Care Group, we offer an all-inclusive pricing model for our Care Services.
Our Home Managers or Finance Team are available to answer any questions you may have regarding our room rates and funding.

Residential Room Rate:
From £1325 per week
Net Nursing Room Rate:
From £1425 per week
The Green at Hasland
Residential Room Rate:
From £1235 per week

The Callywhite at Dronfield
Residential Room Rate:
From £1150 per week
Please Note:
Above rates are based on permanent residency. Respite stays are subject to a £100 per week supplement, and respites are for a minimum period of 2 weeks.
Net Nursing Room Rates do not include FNC (Funded Nursing Care).
Room rates remain fixed regardless of funding, which means Residents funded by Local Authorities will typically require a third-party top-up payment.

Funding
For residents with savings or capital assets under £23,250:
- Financial assistance may be available via the Local Authority, subject to a means assessment.
- The outcome of the assessment will determine how much the Resident may have to pay, referred to as the “Client Contribution”.
- Third-party top-up payments are necessary to bridge the gap between Local Authority funding and our room rates. This is typically paid by a family member or close friend.

The Green Way – Inclusive Care Services
We provide a premium care service and the following are included in our fee:
Care & Support:
- 24/7 care from trained staff tailored to each resident’s needs
- Personalised care plans developed in consultation with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Activities & Entertainment:
- Dedicated Activities Coordinator providing individual and group activities
- Personalised activities and engagement programme
- Regular home entertainment including; Singers, dancers, theatre, petting zoo
Accommodation:
- Fully-furnished rooms cleaned daily and maintained by our team
- Multiple communal areas with TVs, books, and social amenities
- Beautiful gardens and outdoor communal spaces
Green Gourmet:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily. All home-made food, prepared on-site with fresh, healthy ingredients
- Meals can be served in communal dining rooms or residents’ own room.
- Catering to dietary needs, with full support for those requiring feeding assistance
- 24/7 beverages and snacks available, including ‘Elevensies’ and Afternoon Tea.
Other Services:
- Laundry and domestic services
- Utilities including WiFi (private landlines available on request).
Property Maintenance:
- Regular upkeep and refurbishment of all homes and gardens.
Additional Services
Our weekly fee covers all essential services needed for a comfortable and fulfilling life within our care homes. However, there are some additional services not included in the fee:
- External Services: Costs for services such as staff accompanying you to medical appointments or transportation. These can be arranged separately upon request.
- Personal Grooming Services: Whilst each home has a hairdressing salon, the cost of the hairdresser is extra. Chiropody appointments are also extra.
- Additional Items: Newspapers, toiletries, external hairdresser appointments, and special outings. However, many of our events, entertainment, and outings are funded through The Residents Fund, which is supported by ongoing fundraising and donations.
